I had no experience in machining and did not know how to read drawings, but thanks to the careful guidance of my seniors, I am now able to create programs based on my own ideas and am entrusted with the entire process, including setup and machining, which makes it very rewarding to manufacture products.

I joined the company in the design section and worked as a designer for 3 years. I was called to support the machining section and became interested in machining. Now I am able to operate various machines while making use of my design experience. Although I had no experience in both designing and machining, I am now able to perform difficult machining operations and feel that I am gaining skills.

The processing plant is air-conditioned and the toilets are new, making it an easy environment for women to work in. It's easy to adjust overtime hours to suit the age of your children, and it's easy to take paid leave, so I think it's a workplace where you can balance work and family life without any difficulty.

I manufacture jigs by combining parts processed in-house. Since this is the final process to deliver the product to the customer, I am very careful not to make any mistakes in my work. I am able to enjoy my time off by going touring on Saturdays and Sundays and by taking long vacations.
Women are also active in all departments.
