We are a specialized jig manufacturer that designs and manufactures specialized jigs and tools for domestic and overseas manufacturing and processing industries. We meet our customers' needs with our four strengths: outstanding 3D design capabilities, ultra-precision machining capabilities using state-of-the-art equipment, reliable assembly and inspection capabilities, and outstanding on-the-spot response capabilities.
Assembly inspection
For our assembly inspections, we use advanced inspection equipment and techniques, such as bringing in machines to install jigs and thoroughly cleaning off chips and dust under fully air-conditioned, temperature-controlled conditions, and performing precise dimensional measurements using temperature-controlled 3D measuring devices.

Assembly Plant
An assembly factory with an area of about 420 m2 was completed in September 2007. 500mm diameter piles were driven into the bedrock, and the foundation was laid 300mm deep on the entire surface, so it is now possible to bring in machinery and install jigs. The factory is fully air-conditioned, so temperature control is also possible.
Cleaning process
We are cleaning the internal piping holes of the jig body.
This is a very important process to completely clean away any chips or dust remaining after gun drilling.
Temperature-controlled inspection room and 3D measuring device
Two 3D measuring machines, the Cry-Ap1200 and the Cry-Ap EX9166T, are in operation in a semi-underground room where the temperature is precisely controlled at 20℃.
The introduction of the Cry-Ap1200 has enabled us to guarantee the precision of almost all finished products, while the introduction of the Cry-Ap EX9166T has made 3D measurement possible.
